Join Us for our Annual Walk for Christ @ 10:00am

Registration for the walk opens at 9am. Walkers are encouraged to arrive early. The Walk will begin promptly at 10am.

Lace up your sneakers and bring the family for our annual Walk for Christ Fundraiser. This is a fun and energetic way to support your local Weekday Religious Education (WRE).

All Proceeds Benefit WRE

All funds go to WRE to purchase supplies, host fun events, salaries of the WRE teacher and bus driver, bus maintenance, and other fees associated with this ministry.

What is the Walk for Christ Fundraiser?

This fun event is an opportunity for each WRE student to raise funds by asking friends & family to sponsor them and support this wonderful organization! Even if students are unable to participate in the actual walk, they can still ask for donations when they explain this special class to family & friends!

How Can I Donate?

We accept donations in the form of cash or check. Please make checks payable to: Weekday Religious Education.

Students should bring all money raised in an envelope on the day of the walk, Oct. 18th. If you are unable to attend the walk, but have collected donations, please contact Darlene Buchanan at frederickwreteacher@gmail.com.

Students who raise at least $50 receive at "Walk for Christ" t-shirt!

Each WRE student will be receiving a flyer to ask for donations. For the students who would like to ask multiple people for donations, you can use the links below to print off additional flyers.
